Yesterday, Soldier Hollow-son Keep in Line recorded his first victory at his third career outing at Ripon racetrack for the blue Godolphin colors. Taken to task by jockey Harry Bentley over 1,800 meters, the three-year-old colt displayed a compelling late speed when he fought down the heavily favored Count Montecristo with a neck at the wire.
Keep in Line was bred by Röttgen stud out of the Sternkönig-mare Kastila, which makes him a right brother to the former Godolphin group horse Kassiano who brought his sire great honors when placing second to Hunter’s Light in the 2013 Al Maktoum Challenge (Gr.1).
