Novalis wins debut over hurdles 
Eckhard Sauren’s three-year-old Soldier Hollow-son delivered a promising debut over hurdles today, winning a 3500 m allowance race in Pau, France. Bred by Roettgen stud, the son of Naomia was a length ahead at the wire under Bertrand Lestrade for his new trainer Guillaume Macaire.
