Nearly overshadowed by Ivanhowe’ fantastic victory, today’s race card saw two more progeny by our young stallion celebrating success: Koffi Angel (photo) and It’s Holly. Owned by racing stable Rennstall Darboven, Koffi Angel won for the third time in a row! Under Wladimir Panov, the four-year-old filly crossed the wire first in a level three allowance race over 1850 meters for trainer Hans-Jürgen Gröschel.
Trained by Jens Hirschberger with jockey Andrea Atzeni in the irons, the Stall Dipolis owned It’s Holly won the only other level three allowance race on the day’s race card. |
