| This year’s Yearling Sales at Baden Baden listed several highly interesting yearlings sired by our own Soldier Hollow. Gestüt Röttgen offered Kaspar, a full brother to the very successful Kassiano, who is racing in Godolphin colors. Kaspar went to Darley for €120,000. Röttgen’s Agosteo, a half-brother to the German Group-miler Aspectus, was sold to Stall Reckendorf for €67,000, and yet another yearling bred by Röttgen, Novalis, who is out of the Monsun-mare Naomia, was acquired by Eckhard Sauren for €43,000. Gestüt Westerberg offered an unnamed filly out of Lacy Sunday, who went to HFTB Racing for €20,000, and a filly out of our champion-mare Narooma was acquired by the International Bloodstock-Agency Alles for €68,000. |
