| Only one week after his strong third place finish in Switzerland Wiedingen-bred WAI KEY STAR returned from a trip to France with a similar result. Prepared by Sarah Steinberg for owners Stall Salzburg, the six-year-old colt by SOLDIER HOLLOW was all game under Aurelien Lemaitre for a great third place finish in the €60,000 12th leg of the Défi du Galop series held at Strasbourg racecourse as a Listed challenge over 2100 m. |
