Park Wiedingen's two-year-old WISMAR broke her maiden at Dortmund racecourse today, and the filly did so in impressive fashion in the strongly contended €52,000 BBAG Auction Race over 1600m. The Peter Schiergen-trained filly presented herself much like a pro and ran a strong race from midfield with Lukas Delozier aboard. Fighting gamely in the deep straight, she drew clear in the last furlong and secured a fine win by three quarters of a length.
