SURIN BEACH great runner-up in Hamburg BBAG Auction Race

Henk Grewe-trained SURIN BEACH entered the starting gates under top weight for the €52,000 BBAG Auction Race at Hamburg racecourse and finished in an excellent second place. The three-year-old colt by SOLDIER HOLLOW ran a formidable race, kicked off powerfully in the final straight and, surely owing to the four kilograms disadvantage, was narrowly beaten by a head after 1600 metres.
