Today, Narrow Hill won the tenth leg of the French racing series Le Defi du Galop in Craon and, according to the official regulations, has now won the extra cash bonus of 150,000 euros. Narrow Hill was ridden by champion jockey Christophe Soumillon with a lot of trust from the back of the pack and passed the pacesetter, our recently sold home-bred Quidamo, just at the wire to take the 60,000 euro Listed challenge over 2,400 meters. We are immensely proud to know two of our homebreds among such internationally successful cracks. Congratulations to the connections of both horses and especially to owner Simon Springer and trainer Philippe Sogorb for taking the crown in the Le Defi du Galop 2014! |
