Three progeny of our Champion Sire SOLDIER HOLLOW entered the ring at yesterday's Arqana Arc Sale on the eve of today's main event and left at excellent prices. Gr.3 winner ARINA (photo) was knocked down to Oceanic Bloodstock for €380,000. The three-year old Auenquelle product thus achieved the highest price among the females. Also from Auenquelle, multiple Group-placed VIRGINIA STORM was on offer and went to Margaret O'Toole for €260,000. The two-time winning WENNEMAR was knocked down at €230,000. Truly a terrific result for SOLDIER HOLLOW on the eve of the most important race of the year!
