WAI KEY STAR's "little" sister WALATAH (Soldier Hollow - Wakytara) made her annual debut in Hanover today and impressed with a strong maiden win against opponents also eying classic laurels this year. The right sister to the G3 winner and fourth-placed of the German Derby 2016 was given a perfect trip by Andreas Helfenbein over 1900 m, stayed close to the pace all the way and jumped away by two lengths of the co-favored Wadia in the deep stretch.
