| Godolphin-owned Soldier Hollow son Kassiano came to a handy win over 2012 meters at Newmarket today. Entering the race as the odds-on favorite, Kassiano lost his opponents down the stretch and drew away to a very easy victory. As this race was meant to have conditioning character for him, it will be interesting to see where Kassiano is taken from here. Possible options for him are the Großen Preis von Baden and the Preis von Europa, two Group 1 races held in Germany for which Kassiano has been nominated. |
