Following his second place in the Italian Derby and fourth place in the German Derby, he was given a six-week break and a supposedly easy task, and WINNING SPIRIT thanked it today with a great run in the €52,000 auction race aat Baden-Baden. The protégé of Peter Schiergen scored with ease under Rene Piechulek despite carrying top weight and recorded his fourth victory in the ninth outing for the owner syndicate Liberty Racing 2021.
